Solved, (I think)
It appears that on the Netgear N600 router, the "Turn Internet Access QoS On" option under QoS is incompatible with PBXww. I had to replace the router a couple of days ago and replaced all settings like for like.

It only affected PBXww. My other VOIP providers were unaffected for both inbound and outbound calls. Hence the confusion.

I will submit a case with Netgear anyway. Luckily it is an option I am happy to leave switched off. The "Turn Bandwidth Control" QoS option appears to be safe and useful for lower bandwidth uplinks.

I have stopped receiving sound on my DID. Occasionally I might get 2 or 3 seconds and then silence.
It was working fine until today.
The call is established fine.
I have not changed any configuration at my end.
My firewall is often not receiving any RTP connections from phone2call servers.

Please advise and help fix asap.
