TOPIC: Busy line

In your Call History, there are several calls with Status: Fail and Reason: Request Terminated. This is a typical response when no body answers at the call forwarding destination - and these calls are NOT billed. Maybe the callers tried to get you but you did not answer the calls (n the case of Request Terminated). Your DID is working appropriately.
I saw in your account several calls for December, but only some of them was charged (OK) and not the others (Fail - Request Terminated). It seems the calls were really done. If you still have doubts about the billing, please tell us specifically in which calls.

Could you check why callers are claiming not have a connection with my phone, please? I do also notice on my account in december that some calls I didnt receive (or were not completed) have being billed.

We have just tested the line -making various calls - and worked fine; in one call a person with man voice answered telling something like "Hola,...". We didn't received a busy tone in any of the calls we made. Also, we checked your Call History (you can also see it in this website) and any call with busy tone is not appearing. It's like the DID is working right. We need you confirm us - trying yourself - that the line sometimes sends a busy tone when the forwarding destination is not busy.

Sometimes callers are claiming that the line is busy but Im sure it isn't. What can be happening?
