then on "Enter Username" your DID=16475584873.
This same name must is in your softswich A2Billing = 16475584873.
Really, what matters is that the username configured in Phone2call must be equal to the DID in the server (inbound route) with A2Billing. Then, instead of 16475584873, it could be 1111, and the DID in the server (inbound route) with A2Billing must be the same 1111.

Sign in, click on "What we offers", and "Virtual phone numbers DID", click on tag "My DID numbers", Click on "Details button" , click on button "change forwarding", click on "Custom VoiP Server", protocol "SIP", enter your host A2Billing, then on "Enter Username" your DID=16475584873.
This same name must is in your softswich A2Billing = 16475584873.

Hi,

I want to forward the call to A2billing and not to an extension from your DID. I have already configured my server.. What I should put in username field in phone2call DID call forwarding settings. Please let me know.
