It's working now. It was a problem in my extensions.conf file.

I was using the wildcard 's' to capture all incoming calls. It seems it is required to specify the actual extension number associated with each DID.

Thanks for your response. I have verified the configuration and it is in line with the instructions. I'm getting the same error.

With regards to your last post, can you confirm what file am I meant to add these lines to:

....
Expire : -1
ACL : Yes
Addr->IP : 46.19.209.77 Port 4569
...

Alternatively, SIP seems to be working well for people. Can I change my DID to be SIP as opposed to IAX?

Maybe you haven't configured the internal call forwarding correctly. For this, please modify the extensions.conf file according to the following article (new info was added):
How to Configure IAX-Asterisk with Phone2call's DIDs

You could also check this (somebody was able to connect to IAX Server):

I have added the entries on iax.conf as per the instructions in the wiki. however when I try to call my DID number, I get the following error:

IAX2 user ACL: Rejecting '46.19.209.77' due to a failure to pass ACL '( BASELINE')

So it seems that my asterisk server is seeing the call but it is rejecting it.

Can you help please? the instructions in the wiki refer to changes to the iax.conf and iax_general_custom.conf files but are there any other files I should be changing?
