My first guess is to setup call rules that when calls come in on a certain number or channel, to route it to an extension.
Is this correct? We have 8 analog phone lines. If the first line is busy, the provider automatically rolls it to the next available line in the list, if that one is busy, it goes to the next. How do you stop DID if you are using the same lines for this rolling feature (I dont know the technical term for it). Do you get additional lines for DID?

Please help.
