Could you check if everything is ok and inform when I get my DID working, please?
Your DID has been activated and is working fine now.
I supose when I get the approval you will inform my DID local number, is it correct?

Hi Sir,
I setup my DID 6 hours ago but have nothing yet. It shows 'Pending'. Could you check if everything is ok and inform when I get my DID working, please?
I supose when I get the approval you will inform my DID local number, is it correct?

I read that setup was instant.
Currently, the system works as follows:

Renew orders: may be automatic if set by user.
New orders: need approval.
Payments: need approval.

It would be easy for us to set automatic approval for payments and new orders (we already have the Payment gateway - Phone2call configuration to achieve this), but this is not currently allowed for security purposes. However, these restrictions could change in the future.

However, our team checks new orders and payments in only a few hours after they are done by users. So, this wouldn't be a great problem for users/you.
I setup my DID yesterday, paid, and on the order page, it's showing my payment as "Pending", and the order as "Pending". I'm just curious to see what the holdup is, someone told me phone2call was automated.

Hello,

I read that setup was instant. I setup my DID yesterday, paid, and on the order page, it's showing my payment as "Pending", and the order as "Pending". I'm just curious to see what the holdup is, someone told me phone2call was automated. Thanks in advance for any reply.
