Our response is divided in various points:
1) We used one of our Virtual Numbers DIDs for phone verification through voice call in gmail (it worked OK).
2) We are not sure if our Virtual Numbers DIDS will work with craiglist.org. It may work or not. We can't guarantee it.
3) Our suggestion: You can try using the DIDs available as demo (these DIDs are working) and change their call forwarding to what you require: phone2call.com/w/index.php?title=Demos_for_Phone2call%27s_DIDs
