Hi TTT,

Apologies that you are having issues with Phone2call and the services it provides.
You must be aware that some elements of the website are outdated (for example, the chat box) and we cannot recieve messages via that. I am in contact with the site administrator to request an overhaul of the site.

Secondly, the Asterisk Server hacking is very likely not to be related to us, but if it is then we will gladly help you resolve the problem and identify the source.

I can be contacted at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. where I will endeavour to assist you within my power and for any higher level incidents I will contact my colleagues.

Once again, sorry,
Josh

I have sent several messages to your customer services via a little box on the right bottom corner, and asking about how to configure my asterisk server to work with your system. However, there have no reply at all.

In addition, my account on my asterisk server was hacked, and that account is the one that I put in the "forwarding details" in DID page. I suspect that it was done by some staff of this company.

So I would like to warn anyone who is interested in using the service from this company, please be careful.

Thank you.

PS. Please don't remove this from the forum. All things explained here are true.
