The Youdialer app is available for our resellers and their users but not directly by us. The resellers can provide you with SIP accounts that work directly with the Youdialer app, and we shouldn't name any of those resellers here in order to be impartial. If you want to forward your DID to a softphone app, you may choose any of the following options at least:

1) Find a reseller that uses Youdialer app.
2) Create a SIP account in the My Virtual PBX app as we told you before in a message in this same topic, and use the generated SIP details in a generic softphone (you can find several of them at surfing Internet).
3) Create an account with any of the Preconfigured VOIP Providers that supports calls from our Virtual Numbers DIDs (click on the menu item: PRECONFIGURED VOIP PROVIDERS (ITSP) to see the list of them), and forward the DID to the respective ITSP's account.

Oh I see. I had downloaded the YouDialler app, also from Glen Maxwel , and thought that it was the one described in the wiki.

If there's a different configuration for that one please let me know.

Hello:

You can automatically create a SIP device to be used with your softphone using the My Virtual PBX app, as is shown here (for Person object):
phone2call.com/w/index.php?title=My_Virt...BX_User_Guide#Person. There, you can find the device details (username, password, server, port).

If you are using a preconfigured ITSP. just write the username of the ITSP in the respective field/inputbox at setting the call forwarding destination (then our server will forward incoming call to your DID to the typed username of the ITSP). In this case, you will need to download the ITSP's softphone in your Android phone and authenticate with your ITSP's account.

Hi,

I have recently purchased a DID and now want to configure a Softphone App on my Android phone.

I would like to understand how the authentication works. In the wiki, it is explained using the username with a @phone2call.com domain - which I don't have. So, what username should I use?

Many thanks,
Hein
