Unlike other of our services which are automatic and instantaneous to get, it's necessary to write us a ticket through our Tickets System - Sales Department - Virtual Numbers DID'S and ask us for your desired package.

How to call?
Use these cards is very easy. Follow these steps (these instructions are also showed on the back of any card):
- Dial on your mobile/landline the Local Access Number of your country (see below the available access numbers for different countries).
- You will listen a message that says: "Welcome. Enter the pincode after the beep".
- Enter the Pincode + # (this is the same Phone Card's PIN; you will receive it through email once you purchase a phone card).
- You will listen a message that says: "Enter the number you'd like to call and finish by pressing the hash button (#). For your account balance please press star (*)".
- Dial your destination number in the format: 00 + Country Code + Area Code + Local Number + #. If what you want is to know your balance account, press * instead of dialing your destination number. READY!!!
