Thanks for confirming and for the hint... for the record, it's FIXED!

Turned out to be a couple things apparently:
1) a NAT issue -as you suspected-. The external DNS resolution was not working properly, and
2) Also an Asterisk setting in sip.conf, which I found different from other examples out there (I had canreinvite=no):
...
canreinvite=yes
nat=yes
externip=your.domain.here
localnet=10.x.x.x/255.255.255.0

Now, WHY it worked before is still a mystery... but I can live with that :)

The ports range is fine. It's not easy for us to know what is the issue in your server (taking into account the issue is not in our end). Anyway, if you are using an Asterisk server, it seems you are not the only person to have had this problem - search for "asterisk inbound call hang up after 30 seconds" and you will see various relevant results about it (perhaps you have already searched for) - and maybe you may solve the problem trying with. Maybe there is a NAT related issue,.... Sorry if this response is not that you expected. Best regards!!!

Looking into my call logs, the problem started around April 8 to 14. I can confirm I've made no changes during that time... in fact I have not even touched my PBX since March when I added an extension.
I am suspecting the incoming UDP port range may have changed? Can you advise on what that range should be? I had configured 10100-10200 (as well as 5060 of course)

I see the call history with those 3-minute calls, and I found your voice message here too. But my server is still hanging up after 30 seconds. Some signalling in not passing through properly I suppose.

The DID was tested and worked fine (using our custom forwarding destination); please check the Call History and you will find two calls with more than 3 minutes of duration. It's probable your end destination (server) is hanging up calls at around 30 seconds but not the DID. Please change the destination and try call it.
