Hello:

If your DID is forwarded to My Virtual PBX, it should appear in the Phone Number object/block in My Virtual PBX app. We checked your case and found there was a technical issue in our side, about which we informed to the network team to solve it fast. This doesn't commonly happen. Thank you for your understanding.

My DID is forwarded to My VPBX, but I can't see it in My VPBX "phone number" block. How can I start the configuration for a voicemail response?
