Hello Hein. Great that the issue was solved :).
There is a short delay during phone calls though...it is not ideal for having a conversation...is that purely from the connection or is it just the norm to have a short delay (compared to a normal landline)?
Taking into account the system's architecture, it's normal to have a tolerable delay in such way that a good/high quality conversation is possible (and probably just a little more delay than using a traditional landline).

Fantastic! It works!!

Also many thanks for leaving that voicemail - kinda fun to receive communication from you guys through the system itself!

Hello:
Hein:

It's great you are a happy customer! :)

In regards with your question, we checked out your account and found you have enough balance for making outgoing mobile/landline calls, however, as you said there is a Payment Required message in the Call History when you tried to make an outgoing call. So, what is the cause of the issue? It seems to be that you used the prefix 00 before the country code, which you must not use; you just have to use an E.164 number, this is, Country Code + Area Code + Local Number (notice the 00 prefix is not used). Then, your problem will be probably solved if you don't use the prefix 00 you were using while making the past calls.

I hope you tell us if this worked. ;)

Hi,

First things first, since my last problem I have been very satisfied with Phone2Call. I am a happy customer :)

Now to my question:

I have 3CX as a softphone installed on my iphone. I created a person on VPBXww and can now receive calls without any problems! It took a while to figure it out, but works wonderfully! But, I also allowed the 'person' in VPBX to make outbound calls, but have not been able to do so with 3CX. I checked my history, and I see that the calls I tried to make were not completed, have a 'payment required' message.

So, what do I need to do? I think I still have some balance, but can put more money if that's needed!

Thanks,
Hein
