    Another thing, we strongly recommend to upgrade a production server to at least 2GB of RAM and more Hard Drive according to your needs (for example for recordings' space).

    - Registration Error 408 Request Timeout. i keep getting this on my softphone all details are correct and it does not seam to want to register please help

    Please check that your Asterisk is on in your server.
    UPDATE.
    We were checking your server. Your asterisk was off. This may be due to your resources are low and Vicidial is very heavy and so, some services may stop. Remember the time when your MySQL server was off too. We strongly recommmend to upgrade your resources of server.

    We are goint to restart your server to try to get all things OK again as in the beginning. Remember you can also reboot your server logging in with SSH and executing the command:
    reboot
    Please test it if things are working in approx. 3 minutes.

    Good Morning Guys! I would like to know one more thing. I has a voip account in my carriers. when i connect log in the dialer with one of the user , i'm not able to listen thge listen the lady saying. you are the only person in the conference. What's the provblem please?

    Please login to your account in hosting.fututel.com and go To Services -> My Services, choose your specific server to upgrade and then click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options.

    NOTE: It's possible that a warning appears, which says:
    You cannot currently upgrade or downgrade this product because an invoice has already been generated for the next renewal.

    To proceed, please first pay the outstanding invoice and then you will be able to upgrade or downgrade immediately following that and be charged the difference or credited as appropriate.

    So, please first pay the current invoice and then try to upgrade again paying the difference.

    Que consiste básicamente en que debes entrar como admin e ir a: Users -> Show Users - Select your own user, y editar los permisos deseados a 1, por ejemplo:
    Modify Campaigns: 1
    Campaign Detail: 1
    Delete Campaigns 1

    also when i try to acces my server 192.xx.xx.xx it gives me this error

    The MySQL server was off and we set it on again. It seems it was off because a crashing maybe due to insufficient resources. 1 GB RAM is very low for this heavy application: Vicidial; it's useful for testing purposes but we recommend to have a server with higher resources :)

    Really, take into account the following:
    1) Our starter server what you have is just enough to work with a small number of agents.
    2) You should test making calls with agents while checking out the resources are consumed in the server.

    So, it's your decision to upgrade to 4 Gigas of RAM. We think it's a very good cost/profit :)

    We investigated the issue. In the beginning we thought it was an error from the Vicidial, but finally it seems it is just simply what the message says: that your login and password are not active in the system, which means in simpler terms that your username and password are wrong.

    We suspect you are using the fields:
    Phone Login:
    Phone Pass:
    which are found in Users -> Show users -> Select your user. Really we used those credentials too at trying to login in the main page in Agent Login and got the same error than you. They seem NOT to be the correct data that we must enter in the Agent screen. Instead continue reading.

    However, we found that the login details for phone login are those in:
    Agent Screen Login:
    Login Password:

    which are found in Admin -> Phones -> Select phone. According to the same documentation (clicking on ? on the interface), they mean:
    Agent Screen Login -The login used for the phone user to login to the client applications, like the agent screen.
    Login Password - The password used for the phone user to login to the web-based client applications. IMPORTANT, this is the password only for the agent web interface phone login, to change the sip.conf or iax.conf password, or secret, for this phone device you need to modify the Registration Password in the next field.

    These seem to be the correct credentials to login to the Agent Login instead of the first ones. Precisely we logged in with these credentials succesfully :)

    When trying to login if you select a Campaign and the following message appears:
    Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign
    Please choose another campaign and fix the previous one.

    It probably says something like: You do not have permission to view campaign. To solve this and any permission issue you should login as admin and go to: Users -> Show Users - Select your own user (maybe 6666), and edit your own permissions to 1 - which means Yes (you may set all permissions to 1 if you want). For example, you can edit:
    Modify Campaigns: 1
    Campaign Detail: 1
    Delete Campaigns 1

    To allow these operations which you seems to need this time according to your question :)
