There is a specific solution for DIDs with many channels, which is named Virtual PRI (a Virtual PRI has 30 channels = up 30 simultaneous calls). Its cost is very cheap - around 45.83 EU - but they are limited to only some countries (about 26 countries).

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer Virtual PRI from Canada. So, the other option is to purchase additional channels (8 channels) at the price indicated in the section Additional Channel Pricing (that price is for each additional channel) found here. Finally, the quote consists in:

Total Price for DID with 10 channels from Canada = Price DID with 2 channels from Canada (Normal DID) + Price for 8 additional channels (flexible or dedicated).
