Hello Javier.
The problem with your DID was already fixed. I made a call to it trying to notify you about and it worked OK although you weren't there. In reference to the payment, it was applied, however, some part of it was used to renew your DID some days ago. I hope you don't feel bothered by our call to your line. We may do this in order to test the line and get in touch with our users more inmediately.

Hello,
I missed my last payment by a few days, but after I made the top-up payment the credit was not applied to my DID and it is not working (calls to my DID are failing).
