In the case of wanting to forward calls to a VOIP Provider (Magicjack is an example), you should:

1) Check out if the VOIP Provider (for example, Magicjack in your case) is in the list of Preconfigured VOIP Providers (ITSP). If so, only follow instructions here: phone2call.com/w/index.php?title=How_to_...ID_Number_to_an_ITSP. If not, continue with following step.

2) Check out if the VOIP Provider is in the list of VOIP Providers which don't support Phone2call's DIDs: phone2call.com/w/index.php?title=Which_V...tual_Numbers_DIDs%3F. If so, it's very probable that your VOIP Provider will not accept incoming calls from our DIDs (sorry, you should try another call forwarding option). If not OR although the VOIP Provider is in previous list, you want to test yourself if forwarding really works or not, you should follow instructions for forwarding to Custom VOIP Server: phone2call.com/w/index.php?title=How_to_...d_DID_Number_to_VOIP; you should ask the VOIP Provider for how to find the settings of your device (Domain/IP, Username).

Hi, I set up a DID Number, and specify my forwarding call as a regular phone, but in fact is a VOIP with MagicJack Company, but not sure what information should be entered in your fields to change this information.

Could you make the change on my behalf or let me know what information needs to be entered on your fields?
